All orders are processed within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In store Pick Up (FOR CLIENTS ONLY)
You can skip the shipping fees with free in salon pick up. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9am-8pm Wednesday & Friday and 8am to 5pm on Saturdays. This can vary, so please be sure to read your email instructions. Please have your order confirmation on hand when you come.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to The Best Hair Care LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, the customer was not home for delivery or if the package exceeded the maximum amount of time to be held at a pick-up location, the customer will be responsible for the redelivery costs. The Best Hair Care is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer; no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

I definitely recommend this product. Unlike other brands, this edge control does not flake or harden your hair. It is lightweight but has a strong hold. I not only use this product on my hair but my daughters as well.
Prior to using this edge control I have struggled to find an edge control that wasn’t hard like glue and didn’t leave a white residue for my daughter and I. This is legit the only edge control that works for the both of us 😄.
