Returns, Refunds and Exchange

Thank you for shopping with The Best Hair Care! We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final. Please inspect your delivered order and contact us within 3 days of your delivery date if your order is damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so we can resolve it as soon as possible

Replacements

To be eligible for a replacement, please submit a photo to damaged item within 3 days of delivery date to thebesthaircareline@gmail.com.  You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 Returns

 We are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges for health and safety reasons due to Covid-19. 

 Cancellations

Once an order has been submitted, no edits or cancellations can be made.
