Contact/Location

I tried texting and calling you but I did not receive a reply.

I was sleep j/k.  Business hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 8 am to 9pm.  If you are contacting me outside these hours, all calls and text will resume during business hours.  Absolutely no business on Sunday and Mondays. If you have a life threating emergency please call 911!

What is the best way to contact you?

The best way to contact me is via phone call or text.   Please be mindful I am closed on Sunday and Mondays. All calls and text are returned during business hours.

                                 Scheduling

When does your next month schedule open?

Calendar is open in 30 day increment. Please check back when service date is within the 30 day time frame.

The date I want to book is grayed out are you booked?

The date is either not open as of yet or it is booked (because I'm poppin).  Please try back at a later date.

Can I reschedule my appointment?

Rescheduling can be done up to 24hrs prior to your scheduled appointment time.  Rescheduling is the responsibility of the client and can be done via your confirmation email.  Appointments that are not rescheduled in the required time frame will lose deposit with no exceptions.

How do I change my appointment type?

Unfortunately the system does not allow you to change your service. Due to every service being booked based on time frame please contact me 48 hours prior if you want to change your service.  The time frame of the service you would like to change to will determine if the change is possible (I.e. if it is longer and space does not allow) 

Can you put me on your cancellation list?

Yes, please contact me so I can put you on the cancellation list.  I will contact you if there is a cancellation.  Also, be sure to check back on the site periodically in between crying to see if there are any cancellations.

I am not sure what I want, can I add services at the salon?

Unfortunately there is no guarantee time will allow for additional services. All services must be booked at the time your service is booked.  If you know me, you know I am very serious about staying on schedule.  If you need assistance in deciding the service you want please contact me directly.  

Do you do sew ins?

Nope!

Why don't you like doing sew ins?

I just don't like them or the process. Sorry gals!

Do you do kids hair?

No, but some of my clients make me feel like Im doing a kids hair.

Am I driving you crazy?

Extensions

Can I use my old bundles?

You can use your old bundled hair if it is clean, dry, and free of all threads. Again, please make sure your bundles are completely dry.  

Why do you prefer pack hair?

I prefer pack hair because it guarantees the looks you see posted on the website as well as instagram.  Bundles come from all different places and vendors and sometimes the texture is too thin, slick, or silky.  

Do you use a cap for your quickweaves?

Yes. Please refer to service description.

What length hair should I get for a bob?

Typically a 10 inch is good for a bob, but it depends on the style of the bob. It also depends on the length of your neck.  Im serious...it really does.  If you are unsure, please upload a photo when booking or forward your photo inspiration to 314-249-0206 to confirm length needed.

Do you have a favorite hair from your recommendation list?

I like them all, but my favs are (in no specific order) Milky Way Yaky, Outre Velvet Remi Yaki, and Outre Duvessa Yaki.  Long story short Yaki is the best because it’s not too shiny or thin, and it looks more natural.  You don't want to look like those barbie dolls who's hair melt do you? By the way I tried to press my dolls hair out with the iron so thats how I know it melts :-) Choose the texture and the price range that you are comfortable with from the list under the service description.

How do I remove my quickweave?

Water. You can find this at any near by faucet. Wet it completely as if your about to shampoo it.  The cap will release and come off all in one piece.  Make sure u lift it from the back to the front to prevent pulling on your edges #savetheedges.  Take down the braids  and comb them out completely with water and conditioner.  Shampoo and condition as you normally would.  Do not remove the cap while its dry.

Payments

My card isn’t working on PayPal, I’m not sure what’s going on.

Please make sure there are funds on the card when paying deposit.  If you continue to have problems try to close out the screen and open a new one. Otherwise it is probably an operator error.  IJS

Is PayPal the only way to pay the deposit?

Yes.

Do you accept the Cash app?

I do not accept the cash app. Cash, Paypal, Zelle, and Apple pay cash are the only forms of payment accepted. You may pay with a credit or debit card (convenience fee included).

Are deposits refundable?

Deposits are not nonrefundable, however they can roll over to your next appointment if your appointment is rescheduled via your confirmation email 24hrs prior to appointment time. Due to high demand there are no exceptions for last minute cancellations.  Please understand when appointments are canceled last minute, they affect me as well as my clients.
